Lower Decks

At the moment, there is very little actual content here at Lower Decks.  That was not an oversight on our part.  And there are actually dozens of episode reviews available for perusal in our Past Reviews archive, including the final two seasons of Stargate: SG-1, two seasons worth of Smallville, plus a pair of short-lived dramas from the 2005-2006 season, Surface and Threshold.  Expect to see more reviews added over the next few weeks as we continue to delve deep into our archives.

But also expect to see current reviews start up in a little over a week with the premiere of Fringe on FOX (September 9th).  At the moment, our review schedule covers the following shows:

Heroes (NBC, Season Three)
Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles (FOX, Season Two)
Smallville (The CW, Season Eight)
Supernatural (The CW, Season Four)
Ghost Whisperer (The CW, Season Four)
Fringe (FOX, Season One)
Sanctuary (SCI FI, Season One)

Our crack team of reviewers are eagerly awaiting the first new episodes of all of these shows, and reviews should be posted within 48 hours of the original broadcast.  I myself will be covering Supernatural, Heroes and Ghost Whisperer.

In addition to television reviews, Lower Decks will offer several weekly (or bi-monthly) columns covering a variety of topics, including DVD releases, Nielsen ratings, previews of upcoming television shows and movies, and more.  These columns should get underway later this week.  Additionally, be watching for reviews of movies, comic books and novels, plus special editorials and articles.

Exciting things are going to be happening here at Lower Decks.  And we hope to have all of you along for the ride.
