Pulse: In his regular Q&A session in the UK magazine Star Trek Monthly, Rick Berman answers some questions concerning the immediate future of Enterprise. When asked about production problems, he states "Sometimes it's not any one thing. Sometimes it can be just be that things get very, very busy. We'll have production meetings and casting sessions on the same days that we're writing and rewriting and editing. So sometimes it's a matter of everything getting crunched together. When we get a little behind on a script we find ourselves scurrying to get the script done and simultaneously, as happened yesterday, Brannon and I were working on a new script. So, while we were working on this new script we had to deal with some problems with the script that was about to go on the stage. We had to hustle through the changes to get it done in time." [...] Berman also made some comments about the upcoming episode, "Stigma": "It has to do with the stigma and, to some degree, the intolerance of the Vulcan people towards a small percentage of the population who are capable of performing mind melds. T'Pol [Jolene Blalock] is involved with it and there's a major stand that she takes. It's going to be in the style of an episode like 'The Measure Of A Man' or 'The Drumhead' from 'The Next Generation'. It's coming along nicely." To read more, click
