Enterprise discovers a badly charred, futuristic one-man ship adrift in space and takes it onboard. The burnt remains of the pilot appear human. Using time-traveller Daniels’ database device, Archer and T’Pol find the ship matches a design from 900 years in the future.

Enterprise seeks to turn over the wreckage to a Vulcan crusier, but the Suliban resume the chase. When Enterprise reaches the Vulcan ship, it’s been disabled by Tholian ships. Now, the Suliban and Tholians slug it out as Archer fights a time loop, which hinders his effort to destroy the future ship.
