Via Trekweb:

Trekweb has obtained information from the upcoming Enterprise episode entitled "Cease Fire." The premise involves more about the Vulcan/Andorian conflict. Note, this information is based on a early version of the story so suspect many changes between now and when this episode airs.

The story has Ambassador Soval (previously seen in "Broken Bow" and "Shockwave I/II") taking an Enterprise shuttlepod down to an Andorian colony for a requested meeting. Accompanying Soval is Captain Archer and T'Pol. Along the way, the shuttlepod is shot down, leaving Trip to work with a Vulcan Commander, named Muroc, to form a rescue plan.

Muroc is unwilling to share sensor information with Enterprise and decides to go it alone to retrieve the missing people. Eventually, it is Trip who tries to convince Muroc that a violent response is not the best answer.

"Cease Fire" will most likely air in 2003.
